Order Process

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and payment info.
Receipt of your payment will be confirmed by email thereafter.
 - Our lead time on manufacture of Bedding and Curtain orders is +- 6 weeks.
 - Our lead time on fabric orders is 2-3 weeks (to allow for any shipping or customs delays)
 -Our lead time on decor accessories is +- 3 weeks.

Shipped Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and a tracking number (if applicable).
Please note we use SAPO, Courier, Speed Services and EMS to despatch your orders, and while we can track the majority of parcels in some instances it may not be possible (normal uninsured post).
